Then they will inquire into what it means to have sustainable food systems and how their local choices cause global impacts. Afterwards, they will select a family favorite cultural dish and tweak it to be a more sustainable option to share through the class blog or a digital cookbook. Emphasis on the language we use to guide readers through a process and to inform readers on how small adaptations can have a big impact on the environment.
